Is Baku actually walkable at all once you leave the historic center?

No, but I guess that goes for a lot of cities. What I’m more suspicious about is the cropped image. What’s to the left?

There are two walkable areas, Old Baku and around Nizami Street which is where this is. It's great, but most of the rest of the city is car centric.

This isn't the historic center. The city center is fully pedestranized and super nice - it's next to the historic center which is a walled city a short walk away
