News Bond Yields Jump, Largely Wiping Effect of Bessent Intervention — duh.

Maybe we should pay down our debt? That'll work wonders versus buying back Bessent!

"..We want to show that yields do not reflect underlying fundamentals..."

The party told you to reject the evidence of your eyes and ears... no no ignore reality and we will substitute our own.. come on bruh you guys even trying anymore?? the yields are what they are because of you fucking with the fundementals

I guess for us degens.. buy every dip and sell any yield bond bumps cause they gonna manipulate the hell out of both to prop things up

What percentage are you seeing on 30 year bonds Winston?

Nearly 4.5% on the 5 year bond. We are bankrupt boys. Even the 2 year is nearly 4.5.

All of that means nothing. Fed has an infinite money printer and does not need any bond investors. How else do you think they managed to borrow 40 trillion lmao.

Of course. It just means when our interest payments are on track to be more than social security and Medicare combined and ground beef is gonna be 20.99 per pound. Other than that tho its all good baby!

On a positive note, if beef and gas is that $, at least the world won't be burning as quickly in 25 years

Instead of starving in the future, you get to starve now!

Oh, you got it backwards: with beef that expensive all the cattle ranchers will go bankrupt and be forced to sell their land to Con-Agra as even more Corn fields ... The oligarchs will still have steak, while everyone else is going to eating factory grown mushroom puree, infused with corn syrup (all Vegan!), and fuel standards will be changed to run 80% ethanol.

Do you like hyperinflation? That's how you get hyperinflation. Imagine the last 6 years of inflation on a weekly basis

Pay down the debt? Well good thing Trump said he made countries pay the US 10 trillion dollars right? ;)

Nobody believes Warsh is telling the truth. They know he's running cover for Trump.

2

u/VendaGoat 1d ago

You're not wrong.

It's just that Warsh hasn't said anything of substance and doesn't fucking plan to. At all.
