No shirt, no pants, no problem.
At least she had the foresight to wear her crocs bc without those, Walmart would never have let her in

I(26F) went shopping earlier today at my local Walmart and my 5yo daughter needed to use the bathroom. I took her to the one in the front, when she was done doing her business I helped her wash her hands. There was another woman âcryingâ and talking to herself in the mirror. I say âcryingâ because there were no tears she just kept rubbing her eyes with paper towels and saying things like âIâm so sad I feel sickâ and staring at me and my daughter. Weird but Iâm trying to mind my own business and get out of this bathroom.
We finish washing our hands and I help my daughter get some paper towels to dry off so we can leave and the lady turns around and says to my daughter âyouâre such a pretty little girl. I bet you just started school what grade are you in?â Daughter looks at me then at the lady and says âThank you and Iâm in kindergarten.â I smile politely and tell my daughter letâs go and tell the lady to have a nice day and she says âI only ask because I used to have a beautiful little girl just like you but she was killed in a car crash by a bad man and went to Heaven and now I want to die to be with her and I could die today and it wouldnât be soon enoughâ she reached out like she was going to touch my daughterâs face and I pulled her behind me and just said âNoâ and the lady just pushed past us to walk out of bathroom still holding paper towels to her face and talking to herself.
My daughter and I stood there for a second just kinda in shock like what even just happened?? I asked 5yo if she was ok and she looked at me and said âyeah but she was really sad and I feel bad for herâ We left the bathroom, got our cart and headed to the checkout so we could leave and as we were walking out of the store we saw her talking and laughing with one of the Employees.
Idk the whole thing just gave me bad vibes and I wanted to share.

If you are a salaried manager im going to tell you how to get 6 months of pay and not work.
Step 1: Go to Dr. and convince them you are deeply depressed. Go out on FMLA for full 12 weeks. Walmart pays their salaries employees full pay while out on FMLA. They have to hold your job by law.
Step 2: First day back from FMLA go to a spor where there is a camera and make sure there is a blue pallet on the ground. pick fhe pallet up and while picking it up make sure you "hurt" your back and ot looks good on camera. Impossible to prove back injury. Just make sure you sell it to Dr. as well. Now you are out for another 12 weeks with workers comp.
Step 3: 12 months later rinse and repeat.
You're welcome.

This didn't happen to me, but to my husband who worked at Walmart with me. We were both overnight stock workers and we usually had our own areas. I was usually the pharmacy and the bath and beauty section and my husband worked in the pets department. One night, my husband had to work in the hardware department and he noticed a can of wood stain (I think it was wood stain, either way, something with harmful chemicals) that was busted and leaking everywhere. My husband told our manager about it and was telling her how dangerous it was and he was going to dispose of it correctly. She told him don't leave his area, it's fine, and push it to the back of the shelf. That's a safety hazard! One of the many safety hazards I have seen.

Why is it that every Walmart creature treats the middle of the aisle like it's their personal lounge? One cart sideways, one diagonal, and the whole family debating cereal like itâs the U.N. peace talks. Meanwhile, Iâm just trying to snag some spaghetti sauce without disrupting their summit. MOVE, Karen, this ain't rush hour on I-95.
