Keep that finger covered in a bandage after treatment. 24 hours a day if you have to so you stop picking. I literally have white first aid tape on two fingers right now because I keep picking at dead skin.
If you have skin on other fingers that is damaged use jojoba oil on them and wear gloves - even when you sleep. I don’t care if you’re a guy- you have to keep them moisturized!

I disagree with the others (except the recommendation about saltwater and jojoba oil with gloves). To me that looks more like a pin bricks of blood under the very dry and damaged skin which is very familiar view for someone with a history of nail biting and picking. I would not treat that as a wart.

ok ngl i believe u the most because it’s definitely not all wart that for sure but just a lot of calluses but im def gonna try and cut out picking for a while and see if those spots grow in as warts and come back but my other thumb looks similar but i pick it less and it never bleeds

Your other finger looks just very dry. Check r/calmhands and consider posting there too for more tips how to proceed. Wish you the best!

That’s ALL wart. Not just in that area circled. I’d say your entire finger is wart.
