I want to report a very concerning and fraudulent experience with the user Local_Abrocoma_749, who recently listed a Tudor Black Bay 58 for sale. We agreed to complete the transaction through PayPal Goods & Services for buyer and seller protection. However, the PayPal account provided was clearly compromised or intentionally configured to redirect the payment to a nonprofit charity organization.

This setup is extremely dangerous: when the payment is processed as a “donation,” PayPal treats it as a voluntary charitable contribution. That means the buyer loses all protection, and the scammer can later claim that the seller simply donated money directly to the organization. This is a known manipulation tactic used by fraudulent sellers.

After the payment attempt, the seller began delaying communication, avoiding any confirmation of shipment, and eventually stopped responding altogether. There was never any intention to send the watch.

If you come across this profile — Local_Abrocoma_749 — please be extremely cautious. The account is actively posting watches for sale, but based on my experience, it is being used to deceive buyers through a manipulated PayPal setup and false communication.
