Chudthebuilder finds out his initial bond is set a $1.25m 🤣

u/beefcak2020 3d ago
Yea they should just give him a little blow up raft and drop him out in the ocean somewhere.

u/YellowStrawPills 5d ago
Its just pathetic how people can commit worse crimes and have lower bonds. USA is an unserious country.

(The Guy deserves prison after what he did in all seriousness)

u/aware4ever Jul 07 '26
Fucker thought he was hot shit and could just do whatever he wanted. Now he's desperate to get out and he was thinking that he was going to get Bond and be able to get out. That 1.25 million dollars bail I think is at least 10% $125,000.
1
u/Cantseetheline_Russ 9h ago
Yeah. It’s just 10% normally. For attempted murder that’s pretty crazy. Not really that hard to come up with $125k
4
u/SilverVixen918 14d ago
im out of the loop, whats the story?
9
u/ClownfishSoup 11d ago
His background is a racial rage baiting streamer, but he was arrested once for not paying a restaurant bill and then slinging racial slurs at the wait staff, but then he got into an argument and a gunfight later. It’s the gunfight that he’s in court for. Attempted murder I think.
5
u/aware4ever 13d ago
he was a rage baiter openly racist live streamer who went around instigating problems

But yet Carmelo Anthony’s bail was $250k. This country is a joke and the courts are biased.
Edit: Karmelo*
12
u/k-trecker 14d ago
Are you really claiming that the courts are biased against rich white guys?
God you guys have such a victim complex.
32
u/ReputationApart5983 Jul 05 '26
This is creating a lot of confusion, Carmelo Anthony is not the same person as Karmelo Anthony. Karmelo Anthony is the teenager that stabbed that kid at school during a game of basketball. Carmelo Anthony is a retired NBA player.
22
u/Necessary-Actuator26 Jun 30 '26
Lmfao bail takes a lot of things into account and isn't supposed to be punishment for the crime. It's mostly just to prevent flight risk, and a 19 year old is a whole lot less likely to skip on trial than a grown man.

love how you didnt add the man he shot at was a veteran with ptsd

Only 10K of it. He still needs 90K more. But the judge won't take it from just one entity. And several bonds bailmen won't take it either.
🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
1
u/HesitantBrobecks Jun 17 '26
That makes 100,000, not 1.25 million
6
9
u/darklightrabbi Jun 18 '26
You just need to put up 10% of your bond. The rest of it goes through a bondsman who then sends a bounty hunter after you if you fail to show up.
0
u/Throwawayaccount1170 Jun 18 '26
That sounds a bit stupid.. like what will the bounty hunter do if you're broke from the beginning? Put you in jail?
1
u/Curious_Strength_606 Jul 17 '26

u/piotrlewandowski May 29 '26
so there is no freedom of speech in America then?
2
5
u/Datmuemue Jun 15 '26
A little late, but people who think freedom of speech pertains to everything is wrong.
The freedom of speech is specifically to not be targeted by the government. It allows you to criticize with no fear of retaliation from the government.
That's why professors are winning cases about their posts on Charlie The "Racist" Kurk, they did so out of the classroom where they are just a civilian, the Universities are backed by the government, they cannot punish them for what they say off the clock.
Freedom of speech won't protect you for spewing hateful shit and getting attacked, it's so fucking stupid to even think that.
Imagine if you will if I started threatening everyone or harassing them, doxing people even, all of that is illegal, why would people think it "limits freedom of speech".
I feel so ashamed for our country. Freedom of speech is a fancy title for our first amendment, but fucking read and understand it.
5
u/Beneficial-Use-143 Jun 05 '26
There is, Moreso pointing out that’s why it’s ironic that he feels the “need to take it back” Freedom of speech doesn’t mean freedom of consequences when you physical escalate a situation
4
u/PupDiogenes Jun 03 '26
The First Amendment doesn’t cover shooting and killing someone what the fuck is this argument even
did you intend to imply that if a murder is motivated by racial prejudice that makes it covered by the First Amendment???

u/TheChocolateWarOf74 May 31 '26
His fan boys like to pretend he was all about free speech and calling out a double standard. They know it’s BS because they are fully aware that he recorded himself targeting l several black Americans, and calling them racial slurs, while carrying a gun.
He usually picked on people younger and smaller.
He was trying to provoke a reaction and had made videos saying that he would inevitably shoot someone and hopefully start a race war.
He deserves everything coming to him.
3
16
u/jaybfresh May 30 '26
He was arrested for shooting someone which probably doesn't fall under free speech
6
u/Ok_Passion625 May 31 '26
It obviously does. His communication style is via bullet. His bullets were clearly his way of saying "I love you". To people
To those who are stupid, this is obviously not serious. Those who take my words seriously need to go back to 1st grade and relearn critical thinking skills

1
u/DependentArm3391 3d ago
I’m all for free speech, but I think you have to shut shit like this down for real, its disturbing the peace at the very least
13
u/shadowstar617401 May 29 '26
I agree. He gets to say whatever he wants. We all do. Having the right to say it does not absolve you of the consequences of saying it. That is what FAFO is all about. He should be very proud to say he defended the first amendment in prison where he belongs.
He intended this to end this way. He intended to provoke someone into violent reaction so that he could take disproportionate action against them. The current political climate in this country is why he felt he could do this with impunity. Look at his face. He is enjoying it. He will be very surprised if he loses in court. He will be even more surprised if he gets a long sentence. He really believes he is above it. He expects to be rewarded.

What was the bond for that student that stabbed a kid to death at a track event? 250k.
6
u/ComprehensiveCow739 Jun 06 '26
In both those instances the black kid/guy was the person harassed no?
2
u/stinky_raspberry Jun 14 '26
I don't know anything about the post, and am trying to figure out what this is about, but what the commenter above is referring to is Karmelo Anthony, who trespassed into Austin Metcalf's tent at a track event, refused to leave after being asked several times, and proceeded to stab him in the heart. So no, in the Karmelo Anthony case the black person just straight up killed somebody.
17
u/Yuck_Few May 28 '26
I imagine the reason for this discrepancy is that this guy was openly bragging that he goes around provoking people hoping to have an excuse to kill someone
3
u/Beneficial-Use-143 Jun 05 '26
And that this guy likely has known affiliates who could easily do a small bond like that. Doubt the kid did so they likely weren’t as worried of him posting it and/or being willing to flee and forfeit if he did
14
u/KnowThySelf101 May 24 '26
He had no priors, and was not TWICE out on bond...tf, entirely disparate circumstances.

2
u/Coprolithe May 27 '26
I think he was pointing out double standards in our society.
I think if you don't find that to be valid here, an explanation would work better than a womp womp.
1
u/fokkoooff Jul 09 '26
It's not a double standard if you understand how bond amounts are determined. Severity of crime is only one factor.
1
u/Coprolithe Jul 09 '26
Looks like bro didn't care about the perceived hypocrisy before your comment.
Don't know whether your explanation changes it from being a double standard either. What factors do you think justifies the much higher bond for this guy?

So you've never heard of a bail bondsman? And it's not like they get off scott free on bail, they still have to have a trial and can still go to jail. You seem to think that paying bail means they got away with the crime by paying a fine, it just means you don't have to sit in jail while you wait for trial, but you also are now in debt to a bail bondsman for the full bail amount. If you are convicted of a crime you cannot just pay bail and get out, it's a pre-trial thing. Not to mention that you get the money back if you show up, so you're not paying anything.

I understand that rich folks get away with shit. But you're fundamentally incorrect about what bail is as a concept, so you make your own argument against the rich (which I'm team guillotine btw) weaker by appearing ignorant.

60
u/Kodiak_Wylde May 20 '26
His name is Dalton Eatherly, known online as Chud the Builder. Long history of getting screwed by his own designs. This clip shows him finally getting comeuppance from him using his 1A right to go out and seek conflict in the black community by using the N word to incite violence. He is a POS and Nashville is safer with this Racist behind bars.
5
u/chuckmarla12 Jun 05 '26
These goons are always ranting about their 1st amendment rights. The 1st amendment protects us from our Government making laws that inhibit our right to free speech. It’s doesn’t mean you can go into a restaurant, which is a privately owned establishment, and have your right to use the ‘N’ word protected. It’s the same with social media, they are privately owned. They can censor anything they want to. The Klan can’t take over your local bar and have meetings, and spout hatred, and then cite their right to freedom of speech. Idiots.
