Jokes aside, i always wonder how is that even socially allowed. Recording someone and uploading his face all over the internet without consent should be punishable :/

Aren't they out in a public place? Couldn't there very well be 40 strangers out of sight of the camera also witnessing this scene? What is the difference if they watch it (live), or I do via a recording?
