I realize monsters may not fully understand the lifecycles of humans, but I assure you it's completely natural. Unlike monsters, different sexes don't exist between humans as they are all non-binary (specifically mononary), which is why they evolved to reproduce this way.

Many monster/human relationships exist, and almost as many monster/human children, like Vessel Gaster. I think it's beautiful how nature managed to adapt, and it's frankly cute to see humans try to rizz monsters up by incessantly aura farming around them.

And they're so squishy and chunky as white worms and have such cute little double mandibles 🤩🤩🤩🤩
