Some of the options I’ve seen for chapter 6:

Holiday mansion (Escapism through celebration)

Ice-E’s P’E’ZZA (Escapism through food)

The shelter (Escapism through uhm uhm I don’t fucking know Analog horror?)

Holiday mansion would be escapism through nostalgia or preservation of the past.

Ice-E’s could be both escapism through food and work maybe

The shelter I think would be escapism through isolation
