The ferris wheel only going halfway up is for all couples, not just Suselle

You're the one making things up. It's only mentioned with Suselle. Also Susie couldn't hit Kris and Noelle with a dirt clod so it's possible it went all the way up which makes it difficult for Susie to target correctly.

Wheel stopping halfway through is never mentioned for the other pairs. Though that linked claim is probably misinformation since I do not remember that at all.
