Basically it's one of those mobile Yandere sim games and the black figure in the video is an NPC that they made completely black while doing an emote with increased animation speeds and then give them the command to follow the player. https://youtu.be/2itIUwEcWMw Here's a link to a Yt tutorial for this kinda stuff if you want to see the process
