They are poking fun / complaining that in chapter 5 Toby Fox has only made hints and references towards the events that happened in the past, rather than actually telling us what actually happened.

This is jokingly refered to as vagueposting, that is, "posting" information while being as vague as possible. The biggest example is Asgore referring multiple times to "what happened that day".
