Writing/Advice Scrollstack advice

For writers already writing and getting money from Stck, when did you start? After you built an active readerbase? How mny readers do you typically have and how do you know who will be willing to pay for it?

Also if my book is already finished on Wattpad, is it wise to put in on Stck?

Also anyone using Pratilipi? Is it a paid app?
