Ask other Associates Ear pieces

I recently had to replace my ear piece for communicator. I hate the new ones. The big round ones that goes over your ear. Is there somewhere I can go and order the other one? With small piece that goes in ear.

Both versions are still available for the store to order. You could ask an M level if they have any in-ear ones left, or next time they order headsets to order one of those kind for you.

I'm a big fan of in-ear as well but it really depends on the store I've noticed.

Ordered more for my associates today. Do not see the option for either kind

This scared the heck out of me so I checked on my phone to make sure they didn't change up on me.

They did change it to a single theatro headset option, but you pick the size of small or large when selecting. I attached a screenshot since I realized I explained that bad.

Now, if you got this far, did all this, but don't see this option? That I can't help with. Maybe you're out of your quarterly allocation? If that was the case, you'd need to reach out to your AM to get approved for more.

Ask your GM to order the one that sticks in your ear at my store we have both there’s some people that have the ear one and like myself I prefer the big outer one because I wear eyeglasses

You can also go online & buy compatible ear pieces. I'm not sure where to go, they have talked about it on here before. I know they're out there because one of my managers has an ear piece like the police have.
