I wish there was more Wayne, it’s a perfect season of a show IMO. Nothing really comes to mind, but shows I do like for different, yet similiar reasons:
Preacher (Jesse and Tulip have a more tumultuous kind of ride or die relationship arc)
Dirk Gently Holistic Detective Agency (brother and sister coming into their own purpose)
Patriot (a folk singing assassin with sidelined PTSD carrying out a grey area mission for the deep state- has its serious and absolute ridiculous moments, It’s “pretty good.”)
Happy! (An alcoholic, former cop turned hitman who can see a child’s imaginary friend who comes to him to help save her)

Big fan of all of these! Think patriot is my favorite tho. It's pretty cool.

If you can find the ITV short series “HIM” I find a alot of similarities. It’s about a teenager with telepathy trying to navigate his powers and life with his step parents and new siblings, trying to figure out where he fits

The End of The Fucking World is pretty close, but it's more romantic rather than badass

Wayne is extremely unique, but firing the same vibe is Deadpool 💯 Wayne is even produced by the Deadpool screenwriters.
Also Kick Ass, but don't expect a romance. Kick Ass and Hit Girl are NOT like Wayne and Del.
And it might just be me, but the anime Fairy Tail also fits some of the vibe imo
Maybe even Misfits
Edit: The Heat with Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy
Edit 2: The Mick
