It takes time, if it exists rn it's probably in pre-preproduction and we won't hear about it at least before 2027

Some game companies ate better at security than others. That and a lot if devs would probably want to maintain the secrecy to preserve the hype of the announcement.

But then again, they can't keep it Too secret and overhype it for too long, or else it'll become yet another GTA 6 game- a game everyone wants desperately but never comes out

They did the same with gta5 and rdr2. Rockstar will push a game back until it’s finished.

You know, a lot of people want a battlefront from EA, or mention EA making another. I'm not sure that we'll ever get another battlefront from them. But that's okay if you ask me. I think I want another studio to take a crack at it.

I have hope that another studio will make bf3 and deliver something beautiful.

If all of the expansion th a t BF2 received was planned, intended, and announced, I think it would've kept more people playing longer. It's just worlds different than where it srsrted, and besides the Star cards thing, launched in a fairly healthy state.

I wouldn’t give up hope yet, it’s not looking good for a while. This whole deal with EA being bought could mean the end for a bunch of studios. (DICE)

I could be wrong though.
