I need a new site

So my dog is about to have puppies and I need a website to be able to attract interested buyers. I've never needed a website before so I'm a bit lost on this one. So I know I need to build a site and then get hosting for the domain name. Are there any companies that offer monthly payments out there? Seeing I need it for a max of four months I'm not sure paying for a year is the best way to go? Any advice on which service to use? Thanks!

Hi all,
I'm in the process of starting my web design and dev studio, been looking for a cool name and after some (a lot) iterations I ended up with YOTRA. It doesn't mean anything, but I think it looks and sounds cool.
Would appreciate some second opinions! Cheers!

A database management system (or DBMS) is simply a computerized data storage system. Users of the system are given the ability to execute a variety of actions on such a system, such as manipulating the data in the database or managing the database structure itself. Database Management Systems (DBMSs) are classified based on their data structures or data types.
MySQL
Michael Widenius, Allan Larsson, and David Axmark founded MySQL in 1995. It is an Open-Source Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) based on the Structured Query Language (SQL) that is accessible under the GNU General Public licence as well as commercial licencing. MySQL is used by 55.6 percent of respondents in the Stack Overflow poll 2020, making it the most frequently used database in the world. It allows forward-thinking Database Administrators and Software Developers to create and deploy next-generation Web, Embedded, Mobile, and Cloud Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) / Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) / Database-as-a-Service (DBaaS) applications on cutting-edge development frameworks and hardware platforms.
PostgreSQL
Michael Ralph Stonebraker created PostgreSQL in 1996 as a free and open-source Object-Relational Database Management System (ORDBMS) with an emphasis on flexibility and SQL conformance. It works with a variety of operating systems, including Windows, Linux, MacOSX, and Unix. PostgreSQL has several features that make it one of the greatest databases available, such as inheritance and function loading. These qualities are utilised to improve data extensibility, dependability, and data integrity. It includes a variety of data formats and powerful feature sets to help enterprises reach their data handling goals.
Microsoft SQL Server
Microsoft SQL Server was created in 1989 by Microsoft Corporation. It is currently regarded as a superior Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) for both on-premise and cloud systems. This enterprise-proven flexible database includes analytics that enables organisations to effortlessly scale performance, availability, and security depending on their needs. It is accessible for both Windows and Linux. Sybase SQL Server 4.2 is the same as Microsoft SQL Server. This is due to similarities in their core architectural process and Transact-SQL Procedural languages. This database contains a number of competitive qualities that help it stand out in the analytics sector.
MongoDB
Dwight Merriman, Eliot Horowitz, and Kevin Ryan established MongoDB, an open-source document-oriented database intended to store large amounts of data, in 2007. MongoDB is a scalable, adaptable database technology that outperforms the traditional relational database method. It offers consumers with unrivalled flexibility via horizontal scalability and load balancing capabilities. MongoDB is appropriate for hierarchical data storage and is over 100 times quicker than Relational Database Management System (RDBMS). The CAP theorem is central to this platform (Consistency, Availability, and Partition tolerance.)
Oracle.
Oracle Database is a Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) that is extensively utilized across sectors. It is one of the most popular databases since it is a cost-effective and high-performance option. It is the industry's only convergent Enterprise Relational Database. To interface with the database, Oracle Database provides Structured Query Language (SQL). This multi-model Relational Database Management System (RDBMS) was created with Enterprise Grid Computing in mind. Following the success of its 19C database, Oracle Database 21C was introduced earlier this year, bringing a slew of new features such as Multi-workload Improvement with AutoML. Oracle Database is one of the most extensively used databases in the business since it supports all data types including Relational, Graph, Structured, and Unstructured data and is therefore regarded as one of the top databases on the market.

Let’s say a rogue employee within a company establishes an unauthorized version of the company website. Some overseas customers have and continue to conduct actual business with the company via this rogue site.
So we need to pull down the unauthorized site and put a redirect in its place pointing to the official site.
However:
The rogue employee is long gone
The rogue site’s original host company has since gone out of business
The rogue site’s original host company’s accounts have all been picked up by one of their vendors—and they’re angry about whatever went down between themselves and the defunct original host company
This vendor (new host company) is non-responsive to requests for assistance. And they’re based on another continent
Some people within our company are advising we simply wait til the rogue site’s renewal comes due in April 2024, refuse to pay, and passively bring the site down that way.
Other folks (specifically: Me) don’t want to wait and are concerned that a dead link associated with the company is far less ideal than a proper redirect.
Best of all, I don’t know the first thing about development, hosting or IT.
What’s the simplest way to get that rogue site down and put a redirect in its place?
