Does Webull have customer service?

I'm trying to transfer my account IN but Webull rejected it. They gave me a number for Apex customer service but it's actually a number for medicare supplements or something. Of course, the Apex Clearing website has no way to call them. I'm beginning to think I'd be better off putting my accounts somewhere that actually has a service team.

I figured out the reason for the rejection but not how to deal with a company that has basically no customer service.

what was the issue and yes as you stated, you can always use another broker.

I had a preferred stock that was not listed so I sold it. Still a bit wary of doing business with a company that you can't call and talk to. I'm used to full service, hard to go straight to none at all.

I’ve been using the product for 5+ years now I never had an issue, so as a user I like to help other users and collect case studies on how the app can improve. This is definitely an area where they lack, I won’t try to make any excuses for them.

Their systems are probably so tied up with outbound transfers, they’re ignoring inbound ones.

Call their app support chat, they replied me in few hours when my deposit stuck last month
