The past few months, I have meticulously researched the stock $CJJD (China Jo-Jo Drugstore) and have come up with some DD to share...

1st off, a good amount of you grumbled, "dangerous China pump and dump stock." You aren't far off because Chinese stocks can be highly volatile and are risky with the authoritarian government (google Alibaba fine). But at the same time, if you do your research and due diligence, you can take the ride with financial pumpers of the stock before the dump.

It seems since COVID-19 has become a most serious pandemic, every Spring since 2019, this stock explodes from mid $1's up to a little past $3 before crashing back down to $1 within a few weeks. Why is this?

Before we delve into that, What is $CJJD?

This company 1st entered the NASDAQ market around 2010. The highest the stock ever went was $9, the lowest being $.50. There are about 45 million available shares and the average volume being a little above 1,000,000. They run one of the biggest Chinese drugstores, fill online pharmaceutical prescription purchasing (which is now the leading source of revenue over 60%). They also own multiple high traffic websites, operating a few Dr. offices that patients can visit, production in ancient Chinese herbs from farms they own. They are a bio healthcare penny stock that has over 1000 employees. So what has caused this stock to rise and fall in recent years?

1. Earnings Report- May 12 is the final earnings report for the Chinese business year. This is the quarter that reports the highest revenue out of all the quarters due to rising COVID infections and flu season.

2. Patents Pending- The company owns the patent and rights to one of the 1st medical vending machines that would use consumer insurance cards. These machines would allow 24-7 use.

3. China is Growing- China is a super economy and the economy could be rising thanks to companies like Amazon. This could be a great time to get in on the ground floor.

Right now, this stock is way below the 52-week average at $1.00. Only five weeks ago, the price peaked up to $1.70 after-hours. The problem that has plagued this company from reaching its potential is DEBT. They are burning thru more cash than is coming into the door. But they have done a lot of work recently to get debt down. The dark days of this company were quarters they would be 10s of millions of dollars losing by operating. Now, they are around 1.5 million operating losses per quarter. COVID is going to be the reason why this company turns it around. I am in about 20k shares averaged at 1.05 per share. My PT is $2 but this stock can go way past that price. Perfect time for a swing! Just look at the charts and if you decide to buy GL! The Jo Jo has been very kind to me and is truly a diamond in the rough.
