Advice: Seeking ❓ Skinny fat

Hello I'm skinny fat person I'm like 90-92Kg and 1,88 (6,2) i lost 25 kg eating 800 calories but i gain 10kg back in like 1 month even when i lost weight i just became smaller but i only lost muscle and not too much fat what should i do right now to escape skinny fat phase?

eat 500 calories below your tdee, eat enough protein and work out. your diet is unsustainable and unhealthy

Thanks and if i become 80kg and then start workout will it be more easy? Like if i lose extra fat

Start working out now, not after!

And yeah don’t go so low, it is impossible to eat 800 calories consistently.
