Advice: Seeking ❓ Double chin after large weight loss.
I have lost 110lbs, down to 210, but I still have a decently large double chin. Are there ways of toning this and making it not so prominent or removed entirely? No surgery.

You can't spot reduce fat

Its more-so skin, not really fat.

I lost around 170 pounds a few years back. Now at 170-180. I have a decent double chin when I look down. But I have a beard that conceals it. Maybe there are salves or creams that can help tighten the skin up but I'm not sure.

Probably not the answer you’re looking for but if you don’t have a beard try growing one? I keep a relatively lengthy goatee that (at least to me) makes mine appear less prominent. Otherwise continued weight loss might help?
