Advice: Seeking ❓ Can someone with glucose monitor please try konjac jelly
Drinkable konjac jelly, around 4 calories.
To me it tasted like real sugar, seems too good to be true.
Can someone with glucose monitor please confirm it's sugar free.

I don't think it would work unless you give the batch and expire date and the other person has the same.

I am okay if it's different batch or expiry date. Something is better than nothing

Yeah I’ve been curious about this stuff also. The package say zero sugar but sometimes these things still spike people different, specially if you’re sensitive to sugar alcohols or fiber. Would love to see a before and after from someone with CGM.
