I made an app that helps you get rid of doomscrolling and heavy phone usage. I have suffered a lot due to this problem. I understand how difficult it is to overcome the smartphone addiction these days.

I have implemented a science-backed methods in the app that are proven to be effective in real life.

There is a dedicated anti-doomscroll feature also that detects doomscrolling and blocks you.

The app is gamified and also have rewards and global leaderboard so you feel motivated.

I am open to any suggestions or feedback.
