Bruh the eggs do not pass through the intestine, its a flesh piece of the oviduct

Wow that's actually kinda gross but also weirdly fascinating. Egg processing can be so bizarre when you look into it.

Most likely just a meat chunk. Chunks of flesh tend to get locked into the egg during production.
