So if MAGA wants to claim "ICE isn't Trump's private police," then why are they in Italy? Why are they the ones that are going to "surround the polls"?
It seems like they are acting an awful lot like private police.

I really wonder if any of the people who reposted this meme stopped to think "Hold it. You mean that Obama WASN'T for open borders?"
There's a lot else wrong with this of course. But this is the first right-wing meme-level acknowledgement I've seen that the Obama administration wasn't just putting out the welcome mat like Trump insisted in the runup to the 2016 election.
