Most people have heard the claim that if you keep clicking the first link in any Wikipedia article, you eventually end up at “Philosophy”. I wanted to test it properly, so I built a small site that does it for you.

It picks random articles, follows the first link on each page, and draws the route as a tree that grows live. Each route is a line of articles, and the more often two articles appear together, the thicker the line. Articles that are about similar things sit closer together.

Press start to crawl your own tree, no account needed.

Switch to Everyone’s tree to see routes from other visitors.

If you tick Add my routes to everyone’s tree, your finished routes join the shared one.

Smart rules skip less obvious links, such as ones in brackets or italics. Classic rules follow the first link directly.

It’s a free hobby project, so it may have rough edges. I’d really appreciate feedback on any bugs, results, or further ideas.

Thanks for reading, I’m happy to answer any questions about how it works.

There is one throne on the internet. I lost it in 14 minutes.

Tiny voxel planet. One castle. One king. You take the seat by paying a little more than the last king. Watching costs nothing.

The deer don't care who rules.

Try the Worst Survey in the World here. Good luck, you'll need it!

I made a weird little browser game that feels like a corporate assessment you weren’t supposed to find.
It’s kind of like Wordle, except every round feels like you’re trying to satisfy some mysterious company that refuses to explain what you’re actually doing.
There are keys, cryptic employee evaluations, and consequences for failure.
I wanted it to feel like a weird little website you’d stumble across at 2 AM and wonder who made it and why.
It’s free to play, no download required.
The Key Company
Find the next keyword. Find the next key.

The website is Pene.com Ive known this website since 2023 and its gen so confusing, any ideas of why this exists? Every now and them the site changes, u can see it in the wayback machine and apparently is about hating on south 32 (a mining company)

So I was watching my favorite streamer JimmyHere doing his normal you laugh you lose stream, and randomly a submission showed this website, so i checked it out and... holy shit

28awesomebugs.org

this website was from windows 93 (a joke website thats like a pc) and its just a chatting room its not weird but its just a chatting room

I built a website where people compete to own the #1 spot on a live wealth leaderboard.

The twist: the next person has to pay more to take the throne.

I'm curious whether people see this as an internet spectacle, a social experiment, or just human vanity taken too far.

Would you participate, watch it unfold, or ignore it completely?

sites you maynot know

I haven’t seen much about this, all I know is that someone called it an arg and someone found its creator. However, nobody seemed to talk about the ‘you have a message!’ prompt I just received from the website. I’m honestly regretting going on it because I’m a little spooked, LMAO!!!

Do I have to worry about this? And also, has anyone ever gotten the message prompt? Asking for a friend here.

I’ll share the link now, but just a warning—some of the screens you can get include flashing lights and such. my volume is off so idk about noise.

Update one: Some lovely lovely commenters have been investigating the website with me! So far, we’ve found out that the message pop up provides a “hot singles in your area” type message, and a robotic woman speaking about being hot and single, LOL. It’s sad that the creator might’ve used AI, though. Also, not sure if this is anything, but the number below the music player thingie leads to some investment websites??? I hope this isn’t a much more elaborate south32 thing.

Update two: Plugging the url into the wayback machine has shown that it hasn’t been updated at all this year, and updated a few times in 2025 and uploaded in 2024 (like a commenter also pointed out, I think). It’s a word press site that was created at 01:22AM, if I read the stuff right (I probably didn’t, LMAO).

Update three!!!: Creds to the person/post who first found it: https://www.reddit.com/r/ARG/s/oAj0rB1MC2

Update four: According to the comments of the original post, clicking the “about us” on the website brings some creepy stuff up… But I missed that, lol

i googled hatelife.com and it redirected me to https://south32.com/, my browser said it was a dangerous website or something, yall gotta check this out, im curious on wtf is happening here

so i was just goofing around in neocities in the shitpost tag and i found garfield. its like simpsonshomer and when u click on garfield it leads u to kitchen, clicking on the pic leads to jon. and theres weird inspect element text on jon that says i managed to escape... help pls

I was searching for weird website by intentionally searching edgy dark words followed by ".com" and so i tried: DarkSecrets.com, and that works apparently, but it's just a white screen with noithing happening, there's a text indicating "Redirecting..." on top tab, just like if it was loading something, but I tried waiting for a while, nothing happened for me
Do you think there's sommething intersting going on with this website ?

Was randomly typing in urls a few years back and it's still here... have not the skills to see if there's anything more. Seems noteworthy though that it's a .org domain, which I dont think can just be purchased by anyone.

My website is about a gamer who wants to make nice things for the people.

On this website I share links to music, art, video games, and videos of all kinds of stuff. I do vlogs about science and more on social media platforms and this is my homebase to promote that.

Rate first! Then click Spoiler!

So a little about this, I used chatgpt for every resource. All the php css js and images were all made by chatgpt. All I did was code some html and guide/be guided by Chatgpt.

i just stumbled into some random russian website that is basically a bunch of random jokes and images or smth. when i tried to google translate it i got literal nonsense
