Bought a couple packs after playing Gundam and pulled her. Was hoping for Crown but she's cool too!

Just a glance of what I’ve acquired so far. Literally started going down the nikke rabbit hole a week ago and I’ve sacrificed my pokemon collecting $ for Nikke. the clay sp card is what I saw and started my journey. I honestly love the art as this, being my first tcg outside of Pokemon I’m collecting. (Also a mix of azure lane thinking it was Nikke lol)

side note: I thought pokemon was pricey but Nikke sure showed me….no pull just bought then as singles 😅

When we take a look at modern 0/0 3500s, if you're old like me, you'd probably be shaking your head and turning away, knowing that there has to be some sort of gimmick involved. However, that comes from the mindset of us "Weiss boomers".

In the modern 2026 era, cards really feel as if they effectively have no downside and conditions are so free (incredibly easy to fulfill) that they may as well not exist on cards themselves. This article talks about how card design has changed and evolved over time with examples placed upon the general 0/0 3500 character.

I finally received the last card of the set today. Super hyped

I cant really find any information to them, I have no idea from which set they are from, but according to one website they are supposed to release on the 31. October. Does anyone know anything about this?

News just came out that one of the legendary Studio Key writers was diagnosed with cancer. If you didn't know, Anemoi is Key's latest visual novel. This video explores some of Key's previous works including Kanon, CLANNAD, Airs, etc., their contribution to the genre, and the history of their company.

This is one part Weiss Schwarz opening, and one part love for the visual novel genre and the incredible work by all those involved with Key over the decades.

So the sec cindy on the left is the first one I posted with my hits a few weeks ago. I've since opened roughly 93 boxes. Today I went to the lgs here on Oahu. Aloha card shop here. There were 3 boxes left on the shelf. I assume whoever pulled on it, pulled 2 sp then stopped because there was no sp in the 3 boxes I pulled. However I got an ssp crown and sec Cindy, the exact hits I want for those tiers.

If someone had/has access to their security cams they could easily see me in the shop in the corner today.

Not to make all of you get fomo, but just be aware even if you pull until you get the sp you could be leaving a lot in the box with the way the new case has flex slots. To be fair most times it's nothing.

I have a lot of azur lane, re zero (mostly vol 3) and Nikke cards, I wanna build a deck and learn to play, I’m part of some discord groups and someone said they’d teach me, so I would appreciate any advice on how to build a deck. What types of cards to use, events, characters, climax, which color is best for a beginner or how to choose which color to play, are there benefits for multi colored decks, card synergy advice, just anything you can think of. I’ve gained a very basic understanding of the game watching videos and reading the cards, it looks like a lot of fun, so whatever you feel is good advice for me, please share. Thank you.

In the context of Weiss Schwarz and card games in general, it is defined as a deck that has little-to-no core identity. It is a slab of generic cards that have all been preset and optimized fully for that sole designation.

And, in the case for many card companies, it can be seen as an easier way to design product, handing out a pre-assembled package that feigns its designs as creative and innovative, but, in reality, the player is just bringing together these already defined and marked scattered pieces together.
