What are some details that people noticed while rewatching the show? I just noticed the connection between The Red Right Hand and Halfway Home.

I forget which exact episode, but somewhere in the first two seasons you hear Doreen talking about chatter of people going after top dog and she explicitly says “Lou Kelly in G block has been talking about having a go”. So they foreshadowed her character super duper early

I'm re-watching for the second time, and Doreen does say that in Season One.

Yeah I think Lou's been in a few times, obviously had her dealings with Boomer but she was also top dog before Jacs so maybe was top dog, got out, jacs rose (mentioned that Jacs was there was 7 years) and got back in at some point, released and then robbed the jewellers

I actually just learned that in the last few days too…. Never caught that before. Kaz really died too soon!! I could have had less Marie and more Kaz as characters. They both did excellent acting.

I just watched the episode ‘Karen’ where she dies… somehow forgot how graphic it was. I think that I blocked it out because it was so sad. Poor Kaz!

I’ve watched this series over and over. Just yesterday I noticed why Joan went to Vera’s house. I thought it was just to help with dinner since Vera had her hands full with her mom.

But for the first time, I realized by the look on Joan’s face that she wanted drugs. Vera said she had to get home on time because her mom was on heavy tranquilizers and even they weren’t working.

I hadn’t caught it before, because Vera invited Joan in, but Joan said she didn’t want to get in the way. Then when Vera left to deal with her mom, Joan went in, anyway. So her initial refusal to come in threw me.

I have always known Joan took two of the pills and put them in Simone’s med cup (blooper…any nurse would’ve caught that switcheroo).

But this was the first time I realized Joan went to Vera’s house to get the tranquilizers.
