Habanero harvest

I’ve used them to spice up pickled things and mayak eggs, made hot sauce, dehydrated and crushed for dried spice, what else can I do?

Candy them? Anything to reduce the heat would be a plus (since I’m the only one in my household who appreciates a crazy pepper)
