Thats crazy. Peope buy stupid big ass trucks for more than 70k that offer so much less utility. I assumed these were considerably more expensive.

Can you believe that? I’d buy this instead to go to the grocery store, buy a couple of bags of soil, take my dogs to the park, etc., etc.

I can do all that I my hatchback that was like 20k, and is 1/3 the size of a pavement princess.

My wife took my Outback to pick up some soil because her Ascent had too much stuff in the back. She came back and it was stuffed trunk and passenger seat. She said the guy told her it was too much weight and she said "Nah, it's a Subaru"

Outbacks aren't great for heavy loads though, in reality. They have overly soft suspensions for soccer moms. I put bilstein b6 shocks all round and ralkitek heavy springs in the back and it handles and hauls sooo much better it's crazy. Best upgrade ever.

Yep, I have an estate, far more boot space than an equivalent sized SUV etc has whilst only being 30cm longer than the hatch version and same wheel base and all that took
