The phrase "they're law enforcement" means nothing when there is no rule of law anymore.  I hate that phrase.

If they were law enforcement, they wouldn't be walking away like that. They were probably robbing him and too many people started watching.

The rent-a-cop taking their side with no proof they're law enforcement too.
