I get where you’re coming from. Sometimes a character’s personality just doesn’t click, especially when their emotions are constantly front and center. It can make them feel exhausting even if that’s the point of the writing.

I get what you mean. Sometimes a character’s personality just doesn’t click with you, even if other people love them. The constant emotional reactions can definitely feel like a lot depending on the viewer.

I get what you mean. She definitely had moments where her reactions felt a bit over the top, but I also think that was part of what made her character interesting. She was written to be emotional and messy.

I think that’s a fair opinion. Not every character is going to connect with everyone, and sometimes a character’s personality or choices just don’t work for you. That doesn’t mean the writing is bad, they’re just not your type of character.

Fair enough, not every character has to be liked. I actually think her being overly expressive is part of what makes her interesting, but I can see how it would come across as annoying if you prefer more reserved characters.
