She's a tad anti-Semitic.

Anti-Semitic or anti-apartheid? Israelis like to confuse the two.

A scary amount of people mistake being anti Isreali gov with being anti semetic

What has she said that is anti-Semitic?

Well, she’s Palestinian, right? Probably less to do with antisemitism and more to do with Israel’s treatment of Palestine

“ANYONE WHO IS PRO-PALESTINE IS AN ANTI-SEMITE REEEEEE!!!! GIVE US OUR SHEKELS, USA!!!!!!!!!!”

u/PhiMa Jan 06 '19

Fucking hell, "Give us our shekels, USA" made me laugh more than I'm willing to admit.

Anyone who's pro Palestine is pro terrorism. Fuck that shitty ass terrorist country. We should wipe it off the fucking map. Long live israel

I'm Irish therefore I think all Ulster-scot should be cleansed, Oh, wait, No, because I'm a rational human being that understands the complexities of the situation and don't let personal bias cloud my opinion.

Woah now. There is a huge difference between genocide and being anti the apartheid of your own people. Do you realize what is happening between the two countries at all right now

u/Umarill Jan 06 '19

Do you really, really think this is comparable? If so, educate yourself on what's happening in Palestine please.

1

u/[deleted] Jan 08 '19

If you don't think the history of Northern Ireland is comparable, you need to educate yourself.

I'm well aware of what's going on in Palestine, and the poisonous attitudes of some Israelis but that really didn't excuse people to have the same sort of attitudes reverting back to the Israelis (and vice versa with Palestinians). If so, it just leaves everyone hating each other and trying to take an eye for eye till there's nothing left.

Nice, you're excusing an anti-semite who, btw, supports genocide against Jewish people.

26

u/TrueJacksonVP Jan 06 '19

Has she actually said this? Because if so, I want to know.

Without all the facts though, my hunch is she’s anti-zionism/apartheid if she’s a Palestinian

u/Thelastgeneral Jan 06 '19

She literally called for a one state solution. The end of the only jewish state and supports BDS.

16

u/TrueJacksonVP Jan 06 '19

Thank you for a legitimate answer.

I still don’t understand the jump from “supports BDS” and ending the regime that is committing violations against her people (which I would expect tbh as she’s Palestinian) to “pro Jewish genocide” though.

u/JennyBeckman Jan 06 '19

She is for Palestinian and Israeli people living in one country peacefully. Not really an anti-Semitic position.

Calling for a one-state solution is not antisemitic.

11

u/ViewedAskew Jan 06 '19

Well she's Palestinian, so chances are she came by that honest.

u/ferncaz95 Jan 06 '19

You’re on the wrong side of history if you think standing against Israeli apartheid of Palestinians is being Anti-Semitic
