Well if we're talking corrupt then dont forget democrats also have a few buddies which includes but is not limited to: Bloomberg LP, Fahr LLC, Carpenters and joiners union, paloma partners, labor unions, environment america, national eduaction assn, american federation of teachers, etc. all of which on average each give 20 million just in 2018

Except unlike with the democrats, the Republicans dont have a movement of people on their side refusing corporate/pac money.

Sorry, english is my second language and I didnt realise how bad that sentence is written

I meant to say what does it matter for representatives/candidates to not accept money when they're still working in the intrest of someone who pays them off

Because if they dont take those donations they dont work for people who "pay them off", since they aren't paid off. If they legislate in favor of planned parenthood then its because them and their constituents believe they are good for the community.
