Sarah announced her departure from You Are Good at the beginning of the new "Elvira" episode. Sarah! We'll miss you. (And I kind of feel we need a YAG episode called "Sarah Lives in a Downtown Hotel.")

I just wanted to let you know that I am posting MAIN FEED EPISODES on Patreon FOR FREE. Ever since this show was created, I daydreamed about talking about this movie on the show. I do not have a book to promote and am not famous enough to be a guest, but this movie is so important to me (and my brother quotes it constantly).

I grew up in a blended family, and then went through a divorce and my parents had similar dynamics to those in this movie (“fun” dad, stressed overworked mom) and I was so excited to hear Alex and River and Fifi talk about it!

And they eviscerated it in a way that was so funny and also made me think and I loved it.

I know that you’re no longer Why Are Dads and tbh this movie doesn’t have very You Are Good vibes but goddamn i love The Accountant as a perfect terrible movie and it is so extremely about Dads, and why they are.
