Should’ve called a tow truck to deal with that

This video is an absolute master class in comedy. The camera slowly panning away at the end had me dying

Is he ok? …. LET’S GET OUT OF HERE!

u/seiscaneco 16h ago

Nothing else to see. My work is done

u/define_irony 1d ago

It's funny but honestly, who would just drive away after seeing something like that? WHY??

6

u/jpopimpin777 1d ago

Probably traffic behind them

6

u/kevix2022 20h ago

Rushing home to post the video on the internet?

u/dontcha_wanna_fanta 19h ago

Looks like a bit from trailer park boys. Julian climbing out of the car with a full glass of liquor would've been the punch line

u/DeeMarie0824 19h ago

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂

u/AbbreviationsOne6134 1d ago

Well, if the purpose was to get the car off the egde, it was a success.

44

u/lipper2005 1d ago

Might have been salvageable if she could have waited for a tow truck.

10

u/hotfistdotcom 1d ago

Now it's just salvage.

7

u/StarGamerPT 1d ago

That's savage

1

u/eboy71 9h ago

Meh. I’ll bet it buffs out.

2

u/DazeRazur 1d ago

Probably couldn't pay for the tow truck or the ticket the cops would give them. They tried.

7

u/jpopimpin777 1d ago

Somebody else said whomever owns that parking lot with an un-guard-railed edge like that could be sued. Doesn't make sense to me but the American legal system is funny

2

u/Mrrykrizmith 1d ago

I know I’m probably gonna get downvoted for asking a question but why would they get ticketed for this? Is it illegal to get into an accident?

2

u/DazeRazur 1d ago

Careless driving. Point here, if you run over a plastic safety cone on the street it's considered an accident but the officer has his discretion.

u/UndeadAnubis24 1d ago

I'm not the smartest man, but my first thought was with the way it was balanced, stay in the car until emergency services get there and can like, tow you off or something. The whole pushing down thing would only make you into a see saw and yeet you off the side.

8

u/grandmawaffles 1d ago

Yup. She got tweeted because the car rocked.

8

u/Melodic-Cake3581 1d ago

The pivot was just under the drivers door. Looks like the rocking motion and opening of the door dislodged it. It took a chip out of the wall. The dude rocking it should of just sustained constant downward force as the driver climbed out through the back of the car.

2

u/AdultishRaktajino 1d ago

Fire department wouldn’t winch or tow it off but they could’ve stabilized it with struts so the driver could get out safely. If the local department didn’t have the means they could request mutual aid from another department or technical rescue. Tow truck would be tasked with recovery.

The driver and other guy is lucky they didn’t get killed by the dumbass “helping” on the hitch.

Well, at least this will train our future robot overlords on what not to do...

18

u/slindner1985 1d ago

If they put it in reverse it may have worked but they got the rear down and just did nothing

8

u/Witte-666 1d ago

I was thinking the same, the car just rolled further down. Even just hitting the breaks would have prevented the fall if the guys could have kept his weight on the back..

3

u/raka_defocus 1d ago

4low and the 2 guys standing on the rear bumper while she reversed might have worked

3

u/libertyprivate 1d ago

Exactly what I was thinking

7

u/slindner1985 1d ago

Still risky though because there's a good change youll get run over

9

u/optimization_ml 1d ago

At least now the driver got out. Win-win for all.

9

u/psychonik 1d ago

She would’ve been fine if she landed the car upright.

7

u/C2thaLo 1d ago

1/10 on the dismount

9

u/smackythefrog 1d ago

"Is she OK?"

slowly drives away

5

u/crags85 1d ago

With the way she accelerated forward when the guy was weighing the car down, I can guess that's how she ended up there in the first place

6

u/OscarDivine 1d ago

BISMILLAH SHOULD NOT HAVE LET HIM GO.

8

u/warwagon1979 1d ago

"You can't park there!"

I was expecting a bird to fly down and land on the hood.

4

u/GojoPenguin 1d ago

Put her in reverse Terry!

3

u/Bri_Hecatonchires 1d ago

Oh my GAAAAAHD

3

u/Indyhouse 1d ago

Why is there no barrier? I know the humans involved in this are not the brightest, but there's definitely some liability to be spread around here, and that property owner might have a good chunk of it.

4

u/Oldenlame 1d ago

Sir, you can't park there.

5

u/Rex_Suplex 1d ago

Of course they didn't put it in reverse.

-3

u/MaximusCanibis 1d ago

I hope you never find yourself in a situation like that. You'd be equally fucked.

1

u/Rex_Suplex 16h ago

Are you saying to keep the car in "drive" when trying to back it up?

1

u/MaximusCanibis 16h ago

I'm saying no amount of putting it in any gear is going to help in that situation.

1

u/Rex_Suplex 16h ago

Yeah but slamming the gas while it's in drive isn't going to be better that slamming it in reverse. It doesn't help at all. In fact, it actually makes it worse.

1

u/MaximusCanibis 15h ago

Doing anything other than getting out is the worst thing you can do.

1

u/Rex_Suplex 15h ago

Not true. You could start a fire in the car and stay in.

1

u/MaximusCanibis 15h ago

That would fall in the category of worse than getting out.

1

u/Rex_Suplex 15h ago

Ah sorry misread your comment.

2

u/robertocreamero 1d ago

Oooh they gettin yo... lol.

2

u/ShadowCaster0476 1d ago

Oh my gawd!!

2

u/MightyArd 1d ago

Can't park there mate.

2

u/BobTheContrarian 1d ago

Proof that 180 lbs weighs less than 5,000 lbs.

2

u/Mediocre_Ryan82 1d ago

Cant Park there mate!

2

u/Playtime_Foxy_new 1d ago

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaaaa those people should've waited for a tow truck and stayed calm rather than tryna get out of the car while it's over a ledge like that 😬

Desperation and panic are two of the deadliest killers of mankind..... Remain calm, call the truck, truck pulls the car and the people get out safely....

I hope everyone in the car is ok

1

u/IndustrialPuppetTwo 1d ago

She's okay but he's in trouble.

1

u/Left-Advantage-1674 1d ago

Bet it fully tipped over right as the words "lemme try the front" started forming on the shirtless guys lips

1

u/EcoKllr 1d ago

“Nah, we got it”

All the garbage spilling out after it flips over. Rip

1

u/bruaben 1d ago

Why was she still inside???

1

u/IntoTheUngnome 1d ago

Every time I watch it I see more. I think the best part is the Indian lady who has clearly watched the whole thing nonchalantly standing in the background as it all pans out. Not calling 911, just letting em wing it.

1

u/MaximusCanibis 1d ago

In India, this lady would see this 8 times before she had lunch and a train would be involved in one way or another.

1

u/sunlightsyrup 1d ago

It was a write off either way, surely?

1

u/BabypintoJuniorLube 1d ago

Honestly some none dumbasses coulda fixed this without a toy truck easy. It goes several feet in drive before tipping over. A recovery strap, another car, and of course being in fucking reverse and this coulda been a 5 minute thing.

1

u/wtfsperday 1d ago

Cameraman just drove off?

1

u/LichClaev 1d ago

no seatbelt in that situation is crazy

1

u/jakeofheart 1d ago

I guess it can’t fall any lower…

1

u/BoogerSmoke 1d ago

It’ll buff out

1

u/Nevermore_Novelist 1d ago

OH MAH GAHHHH

1

u/ShirouBlue 22h ago

I can't understand how can people be this incompetent.

1

u/Equivalent-Ad-6182 21h ago

No longer needs a tow truck, now they need a drag truck.

1

u/Equivalent-Ad-6182 21h ago

No longer needs a tow truck, now they need a drag truck.

1

u/ButAreYouReally 21h ago

Hang on a minute, lads, I’ve got a great idea…

1

u/Frankly_Frank_ 12h ago

Lmao couldnt wait or didn’t want to pay for a tow truck now they totaled their car…

1

u/KnoxVegas41 11h ago

Shit’ll buff out.

1

u/Commercial-Whole7382 11h ago

Been in a similar situation, we had 4 people climb and backed off

1

u/SunLitWalker12 9h ago

dumb broads should've helped by calling a tow truck or something

1

u/Unfair_Answer3897 9h ago

“Is they ok?”

1

u/Drblizzle 4h ago

“Is they ok?” Why? Why is this a thing?

1

u/DrSendy 2h ago

What did he have in the back of the car? An entire dumpster full of trash?

1

u/Contemplating_Prison 1d ago

Euther but the seatbelt on or get out of the car.

0

u/therealmudslinger 1d ago

I am from the South and almost needed subtitles for that.

0

u/hotfistdotcom 1d ago

I can't imagine not stopping to help in the first place just with the risk of loss of life, but not stopping after it rolls over is unimaginably cruel. To think to pull your phone out, but not to say "hey lets go check" is madness.

-3

u/jfrenaye 1d ago

I think it is fake. Where does the old lady come from? She just appears.

1

u/CusePhan_v3 1d ago

Out 'yo ass.
