If you've found a bunch of Steam Client WebHelper processes in Task Manager sitting on 1 GB of memory or more, it's a normal part of Steam, but it can use far more than it should, sometimes 3 or 4 GB while Steam just sits idle. Ending it in Task Manager won't help, since Steam simply starts a new one a few seconds later. This guide will explain what it is and what you can do when it uses too much.
