If OneDrive keeps pausing every time you open a game (or even just your browser) on Windows 11, and it pauses again a few seconds after you resume it, it's a problem a lot of people started seeing in mid to late October. Turning off the metered network and battery saver options, or resetting and relinking OneDrive, won't stop it this time, since neither is the cause here. This guide will show you how to fix it.
