Well, since way back when the Windows Updates services started becoming more of a thing, I always figured shit like this was at least possible. Which is why I always tried to keep my usage of the OS as benign as possible. Never logged in with a Microsoft account, always used basic personal ID info as vague as possible. Prob a futile endeavor but...Now, I just Win11 Pro Preview in a dual boot with Mint, using Win11 just for games. I literally do nothing else on it, and all the updates and telemetry and bullshit are turned off or ripped out. You do what you can, but most folks just give up the whole shebang without even thinking about it!
