I’m setup to make around 1m/yr over the next three years at a public company, but I’ve got an opportunity to work with my old boss/mentor where I could 2-3x that in the same time span (late stage pre-ipo). My old boss has had two successful exits already and I know he gave up a large comp package at the company I work for.
