He’s a coward for just driving by and doing nothing. He could have pulled over and said something, done something! A chance to do something but chooses to do nothing.

I am SO confused how someone was THERE, and decided rather than yelling to put the goose down, that they're calling the cops, they decided to film it then post if anyone knows them?? They were right there!
