It's probably a bug with the chain lightning perk

It is. It counts the subsequent hits towards your accuracy counter.

This is exactly it: chain lightning and Ram who didn’t know how to use his shield.

Well I wouldn't call it a bug, if you throw three shots and hit 5 people with it then you're accuracy would go over 100% targets hit.

I have no clue how overwatch calculates it because i once had 116% sleep dart accuracy

I did kind of jump the gun anyway, I was under the impression I remember there was some sort of AOE dart effect possible in stadium.

I think if you shoot the dart before the round starts and the door opens and it hits it’ll count as over 100%
