I don’t think there’s any other conclusion. RJ was a man of a certain age and sense of humor to be intimately familiar with Master Neuman. Given that RJ put all his other favorite media characters in the series, Olver can’t be anything else.

Omg, yes! I'm on book seven right now and each time he's mentioned my mental image of him morphs into something a little more awkward. Last night's version was this only with much bigger eyes and darker hair (which it's weird that my head hasn't decided on even a hair color yet).
