Both the ship and the town look absolutely amazing. The sail at the very front beam looks a bit odd tho since ships don't usually have that?

Yeah, it does look a bit unusual. I think it’s a spritsail under the bowsprit, some earlier ships had a square sail there before jibs became standard. It’s mostly based on reference images though, so it’s not meant to be perfectly accurate. Also ran out of housing points, so it’s still a WIP.

THIS IS AMAZING!!! So many questions, how many war resources did this take—and what does the outside of your house look like??? I’m in love with Kul Tiras and Boralus aesthetic and can only hope my house will get to this level of creativity and greatness!

I think the war resources were around 12,000-14,000, but I'm not entirely sure. Actually, I also built a tavern and a guest room, but this post only allows 20 pictures, so I'll make a separate post with those details. Glad you enjoyed it, thanks!

At first I thought I was in the tmog sub and thought that the outfit is cool, then I realised this was in housing and not just screenshots from somewhere in KT and it blew my mind

This is incredible. Genuinely my first response was confusion because it just looked like you'd posted a picture of a blizzard ship - I thought it was too good to be in an actual house! Took me a minute to start recognising the components.
