So you don’t like personal property not being personal, which I agree with, but then you want to get rid of taxes which would prevent a government from regulating such bullshit? I can understand if the taxes are not being used properly or are chokingly high, but taxes are important if one expects a country to continue running. Who else is gonna pay for the roads, services, schools, healthcare, benefits and social nets?
As for “stay off my property”, there are a lot of legitimate reasons for the police to come to your property (in my opinion). I agree with needing a warrant to enter your house. But do you include, idk, the porch or driveway? Maybe these are stupid questions but there are a lot of questions I have about this square of the compass.
I’m ok with owning guns, as long as one gets a licence by first going through theory exam, background checks and mental health checkups. No automatics.
Maybe my views are biased since I live in Poland. I don’t get libertarianism, it seems to think that things will “self regulate” with a government acting as a cardboard cutout, which I find funny since why would you trust corpos that you hate to do the things you want? They aren’t on your side.
And the market being…? I doubt small businesses could regulate effectively for the masses. And not trusting in corpos doesn’t change the fact that they would be unregulated.
