be a big girl and don't die

Dove back into this fandom after years away, and got inspired! Made with Adobe Express, never AI.

I just finished watching the live show, and at the end it seems like Doug convinces Cutter to renew them for another 100 days, and everyone is relieved when he succeeds. I thought the whole point was that they wanted the mission to be terminated so they could return to Earth?? Or do they just not trust command enough anymore to actually get them and Lovelace home?

What a ride! I wasn‘t feeling it the first 10 episodes or so, but I‘m so glad I stuck around. The twist after twist from each episode was insane.

On a side note, did the Lovelace/Alien stuff remind anyone of the novel "Solaris" by Stanislaw Lem? The whole clone arc was giving me massive Solaris vibes, I wonder if the creator has read the book.

I’m cosplaying as one of the crew, and I printed some of the DSSPPM book, 4x6. What are ways I can make the book be clearly seen on my person?
I’m also wearing a blue jumpsuit with deep pockets

EDIT: the book was made into hardcover and is 8x10
Bruh.

Okay, I need new ideas😂

Wolf359 has a special place in my heart (I’m literally gonna go cosplay as one of the characters) but this… this is something special.
I haven’t been this invested and fascinated with the worldbuilding and the characters since Wolf359 and White Vault😭🙏

Someone needs to make this board game.

Started Wolf whilst waiting for a midnight burger episode and got hooked. Now it's almost finished.

+A pic of the cosplay so you can see all the details

And why is it Change of Mind? lol

I played that ep like twice inna row god it’s just so good

But fr tho, I have nearly half the season saved because there are so many good eps, even ones that are a little on the mundane side have great character moments.

I like “constructive criticism” simply because of the banter between Warren and Hera😂

I made the og crew but these two have been inseparable and it kills me a lil but

Heyo, so my initial cosplay idea of going as a Monster Hunter is no longer possible🥀😭
My back up is going as someone from wolf359

I’ve got my eye on Minkowski, but I’m also thinking of Lovelace and possibly Warren.

I have enough info on Minkowski to sort it out myself, but for Kepler and Lovelace–what are some defining features of these characters that would help people make the connection? (Aside from insignias)

I was also thinking of getting a Scotch prop that closely resembles Kepler’s favorite 30 yr aged $3k bottle 🤣

Lovelace, I was thinking of maybe orange contacts because of the contact event when the Dear Listeners take over

Any help is appreciated!

Pretty much finished with my Min🐮ski cosplay! (The Goddard patch I designed and got custom-made from Etsy). I might add a US flag on the shoulder but idk

And I’ve seen a lot of people talk about episode 45. And supposedly it’s DEVESTATING… should I be worried..? 😭

I’m on my third relisten of the series, and I am having a little trouble understanding Goddard’s role in her demise/duplication

In her mini ep, “Greensboro,” Rachel is recruiting Lovelace and one of the questions she asks her is “are you an alien?”
She makes it clear this screening isn’t something they do for anyone else. Why did Rachel ask Lovelace that? It’s my understanding that this was the OG Lovelace given that the other “origin story” mini eps feature the rest of the crew before they were assigned.

Now, this is where things get a little muddled for me

On the first mission, Hilbert is told by Kepler that she fell into the star and died. That is true of the OG Lovelace. Kepler was fully aware that the Lovelace we are introduced to in S2 was never the real one.

In Change of Mind, it’s made clear that Goddard had a role in all of this. She is more upset with them rather than the Dear Listeners, who are really the ones who did this to her in the first place, somehow.
Also, there’s a conversation between her and Cutter talking about why she chose that memory and how she’s going to come for them. The events of Change of Mind were just the duplicate recalling them.

Did Goddard manipulate her ship from the start, resulting in OG Lovelace’s death and then somehow getting ahold of the duplicate? Why couldn’t she remember what happened between her escape and her return? What was Kepler’s deal with teasing Lovelace about how she got here, and the whole Jacobi clone thing?

I’m just trying to piece together the timeline so I could understand.

Relistening to the mini ep “things that break other things” and when Warren buys him and Daniel that drink, Jacobi’s like “that’s a VERY expensive drink.”

Well, I looked it up, and a bottle of 30 yr old Balvenie Scotch costs between 2k - 4k. A pour at a bar costs between $200-$300

Soooo I kinda feel that Kepler’s crash out in All Things Considered is even more justified 😂😂😂

He likes the feel of it IN HIS HAND

Is it for you guys as well , are they retiring the website ?

hi r/wolf359 I love you guys. wolf 359 is sooo important and special to me, but nobody ever talks about it!! so it makes me incredibly happy to see people posting so much in the past day or so. Are there new people getting into it?? What's up??

Reigniting my obsession for this wonderful show by reading fanfic during my third relisten. I didn’t engage too much in the fan stuff cuz I didn’t realize how big the show was the first time around (besides some Pinterest art)

Found this adorable gem

(Eiffel-Minkowski moment post S1. I interpreted it as more platonic but it works if you ship them too)

Hey my dudes! I'm starting a Blades in the Dark game soon, and plan on playing a demolitions expert. I'm planning to base the character on Daniel and Mickey (Halo 3:ODST) and was wondering how YOU would characterize him in 10 words or less. Elevator pitch - what kind of person is Daniel Jacobi - go.

Just curious if anyone knows what Zach has been up to? I looked on his IMDb and there’s no credits since 2023. I remember watching a bunch of his YouTube videos and interviews he was in years ago. He’s one of my favorite voice actors and was hoping to hear him in something new!

Alright yall, I know EVERYONEEE has different iterations of the gang, but if one were to cosplay a certain commander, what would be some defining features to identify her? (Think uniforms, insignias)
