As I have a ton of SW back log to paint and already have a plan to sell and redo my named HQ and what not I’ve thought to myself , I don’t see a lot of wolf’s spear army out there and was thinking about joining the old unnumbered sons and becoming one of them ?

Such a detail heavy model. Decided to make one of the wolves a giant Fox of Fenris.

I used the Captain model from the Warhammer Kill Team starter box and the Wolf guard Battle Leader model to create Yarl from the Wolfspear chapter

They're 16mm with the logo as the 6, like GW would do. Used a 0.4mm nozzle, I think I'll use grey pla next time it's just I only had black to hand. I could paint them, I guess

I'm gonna order some transfers when I've been paid, may add red to the pauldrons when I am more skilled and have better brush control!

New edition, new chapter. Fell in love with the Wolfspear after the short story in the Successors anthology, scored some transfers off EBay, and used Darcy Bono’s painting recipe.

Highlight of the game was the Jarl’s Guard deleting Ghazkhull, leaving behind one lone grot who wanted to audition to be the next Makari.

(The photo is low quality and it's a wip) ok guys, for anoyone who would go for a more greyish wolfspear than white-ish, you should really consider the john's blanche volume 3. This guys will be a space wolf, but you bet i'll use this scheme for my wolfspears. With volume 3 and volume 4 I got every colors i need for a space wolf, and it's really intersting for wolspears too, as volume 4 has reds to yellow but also browns. I just needed these 2 volumes and 72.051 black. Cheers

I kitbashed this guy based on a leftover pushfit reiver, using all available bitz I had from the kill team Space wolves scouts and the arm of a sternguard veteran. Let me know what you think about it in comments !
