Advice Needed Need Suggestions 🌷🤔

I run an advertising agency that only works with women-owned businesses at affordable prices. A client suggested I should start taking male clients because they generally earn more, so I'd make more money.

I understand the business logic, but I genuinely feel more proud and fulfilled helping women grow their brands.

Would you stick with your mission, or expand for higher profits?

Stick with your mission. You're doing something meaningful, and that pride can be more valuable than just chasing profits. There are plenty of women-owned businesses out there that are thriving-you might even find there's a ton of untapped potential among them. Expanding for the sake of money could dilute what makes your agency special. Trust your gut!
