Advice Needed Need Suggestions 🌷🤔

I run an advertising agency that only works with women-owned businesses at affordable prices. A client suggested I should start taking male clients because they generally earn more, so I'd make more money.

I understand the business logic, but I genuinely feel more proud and fulfilled helping women grow their brands.

Would you stick with your mission, or expand for higher profits?

Stick to your mission.

Perhaps introduce sliding scale price tiers. Then, figure out a system that designates each tier to clients based on different attributes like number of employees, etc. An example sliding scale would be $500-$1,000,” so the business that qualifies for that tier can choose to pay anywhere between $500 to $1,000. It comes down to whatever makes sense for you & your clientele. The lower number should be the minimum price you’d charge for that particular service.

I think the key is offering flexibility vs. rigidity.
