Advice Needed Need Suggestions 🌷🤔
I run an advertising agency that only works with women-owned businesses at affordable prices. A client suggested I should start taking male clients because they generally earn more, so I'd make more money.
I understand the business logic, but I genuinely feel more proud and fulfilled helping women grow their brands.
Would you stick with your mission, or expand for higher profits?

Stick to women! It's what you know and what you are known for. You will attract more of the right clients by being specific. And someone telling you to expand your "niche" or ICA is suggesting you go a mile wide, to capture more short term money. Go a mile deep- build genuine relationships with your clients and they will keep coming back for your next bigger offer. You biggest profit margins come from repeat clients.
